Love the app, used it a few years ago, struggled to find it after so long. So glad to of found it, after trying other similar apps, this is so much better in terms of customisability, very feature strong. One gripe If I need to change bar weight, the warm up set weight doesn't change mid workout . If I change the weight, it still says 14kg rather than 20kg once I complete the set

Thus far I like it What I would like to see is an option being able to increase each workout exercise set by 1 rep until a target amount, then after hitting the target reps, it drops back down to 5 and increases the weight by XX poundage to incorprate volume as well as itensity. This would allow beginners to get the best of both worlds without having to manually change #s
