After it installs, it requires your location, so it can send that to Continental to look up, so they can send back a code to tell the app which restaurants to use. This convoluted process, instead of just using your location... Doesn't work. I can't use the app, it is useless, it doesn't deserve one star because it doesn't work at all.

Downloaded the app to use at my work cafeteria. Entered access code and my personal info to sign up and received error message "Could not get {0} card". Tried to use the Contact Us option in the menu to ask for help but it just brings you back to the sign in page. Absolutely useless app. Would not use it if I didn't have to for work.

I have to use this app to order food at work, it is absolutely not user friendly. I order almost everyday, and what a pain it is to find a history order, I have to put something in my cart to see what it was. Other option is to go through the whole menu and re order, which is another PIA. For everyday users, this needs a favorite orders option, something save able with titles. So many complaints, so little room to mention them all.

UI is not clear, took longer than it should have to figure out how to place an order. Also the menu items have absolutely no nutritional or ingredient information displayed. Not sure how people with allergies or dietary restrictions are supposed to use this to order. Finally this might not be the app's fault, but the fact that I HAVE TO order from the app is just dumb and annoying.

Great business model. Set up self service stores and make it impossible to buy anything. Could be fun (and profitable) but so frustrating. If only I could buy those delicious snacks I'm staring at.

App simply crashes when I try to order. I've been ordering lunch everyday and now this app won't let me. More frustration is that there is no alternative to the app. No webpage where I can order from. I can't even tell a human what I want to order. Utter garbage if it doesn't work perfectly.

Can't order half the items due to having an android phone. App is not friendly in selecting items and adding to the cart. This app has caused me to not order food from work because of the issues.

It's ok when it works! I don't like that I have to upload money to a savorly account before I make a purchase. I get to where I place my order and I don't have enough money in my account and have to exit to add more. Why can't I just charge the food I'd like to purchase to my credit card directly? Now it won't even let me reload to the savorly account to make a purchase. Let us pay directly to our card and cut out the savorly account...I don't want a random balance on some account.
