O aplicativo gratuito Symbio® Service and Installation tem tudo o que você precisa para inicializar e fazer a manutenção de um controlador Symbio 700 sem um PC ou outra ferramenta de serviço de software.
O aplicativo conecta um controlador Symbio 700 usando Bluetooth BLE ou Trane Connect Secure Remote Access, quando disponível.
O aplicativo também suporta chiller Symbio 800 e controladores IntelliPak usando Wi-Fi ou Trane Connect Secure Remote Access para configurar, monitorar e fazer manutenção de equipamentos.

Usando o aplicativo, você pode
• Visualize o status do equipamento, alarmes e diagnósticos
• Configure o controlador para corresponder às opções de equipamento instalado (somente Symbio 700)

I have an old android galaxy note 9. I was having a heck of a time connecting this app to a Trane RTU. I finnaly got it connected after figuring out that I needed the GPS/location on my phone turned on, as well as the Bluetooth. Try that if you're having connection problems. It worked for me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Pointless app to steal data from customers. Worst yet the ac you bought is a paperweight until the tech who installed it uses this app. This is not how you get more customers. It's the opposite. Sorry had to edit. It's even worst. It won't pair at all cause I use android. Don't bother installing if you use android

Trash!!!! App on android won't find symbio controller and if you use a second party return smoke detector you need to use the app to program it for a second party smoke detector... also if you need commerical tech support you got a better chance of seeing Jimmy Hoffa and George Washington in the same room before getting tech support!!

Trane equipment and their controls are garbage. Unit is getting a call and sits in limbo. Don't waste your time, their controls and equipment are inoperable unless you have a computer with their software.
