The main purpose of installing the app, the "easiest way to access your tickets is in the new Broadway in Cincinnati mobile app" they say. Bah! When I go to Tickets, all it says, every single time, is "Session Expired. Please sign in again." Fair enough, it has been a while since I signed in. I'd be happy to sign in again. Except, there is no way to sign in again! No button to tap on. No link to use. No way to go back, even with gestures. The only thing I can do is close the app. The "easiest way"? Try the "worst way."

The worst... This app is truly the worst app I've ever seen. The sign in never works. You can't access tickets when you need to. It's slow. Crashes constantly. It's truly a hot piece of garbage.

Every time I use this app it seems more difficult. Today when I was trying to download my tickets it kept me in a loop. I would put in my password and it would drop me back to the "log in with Ticketmaster or email" page. Finally had to log in on the web page via my phone to get to my tickets. Very frustrating.

I had this app, but it disappeared. I had used it for the first show, but I have no clue as to where it went. Now, I've downloaded it again so I can get my tickets, but it won't accept my password. Ticketmaster will, but they want to sell me tickets, not show me my tickets so I can get them scanned at the theater. Give me back the paper tickets! (I tried to not put in any stars, but then I couldn't post it.)
