This app is no longer working, even after a new reinstal. The app is loading WeddingWire fine, it is NOT loading the Knot at all, when I try to open the Knot, the page is blank & white. I see I'm not the only one having this issue. I emailed support about this around 5 days ago. Unfortunately, they didn't respond back. The good news is that their billing department has no issues charging me, which, of course is working just fine. No problems there. Hey support, at least respond back.

Terrible, out of the many issues previously faced with the app like getting notifications about leads an hour after receiving them, now the app won't load anything. It looks like it tries to then goes to a white screen. For $800+ a month I would expect better. Time we all come together and stop using this until it works.

As a wedding professional the knot & wedding wire did not work out for me as described or as promised. No leads in an entire year despite doing everything I was instructed to do to make my storefront look it's best. Lots of inquiries, most of them spam leads. Terrible customer service. Not worth the money. I will never subscribe to this service ever again.

I have weddings coming up soon and I can't even get on the app as of 9/29/24. When I log on its just a blank screen. Also, if I select "couple info" to see what the potential client's needs are its just a blank screen. The app as a whole is extremely unhelpful.

The vendor side of app hasn't changed in 10 years. They just keep hiding info from the free vendor accounts to force us to pay them hundreds of dollars for a pro accout. They can't control the MANY spam bots contacting vendors but always want more $! 👎

This app used to work and it recently stopped working. Using the app made it easy to respond quickly without being tied to a computer or using the browser on a mobile device. The loss of this feature makes the high cost of service not worth the price.

Needs work. Many times lately, it won't load the leads on the Knot side of Wedding Wire/Knot. I have to constantly toggle from the website to the app. The app doesn't give all of the customers info, like their phone number. The app could be developed much better and user friendly.

The older app worked great, and I always got notifications. Now that I have to use the new one, I never get notifications. EDIT Now it doesn't work at all.
