This app is horrible, to anyone reading. Get govee lights instead. Because theese lights connect fine, but because my parents went on a trip and I was with my other parent, I had to change the timer so the light allowed it to look like someone was home, but I had to uninstall the app 2+ times to fix the timer because it won't let me change the turn on time. Not to mention the ads, and how their app seems to barely function and the lights get hotshots pretty quick to.

Minmum 5 second full screen ads that WILL force you to accidentally click them before skipping them. If the app has been on in the background without fully closing it, it will become unresponsive. This forces you to close and re-open the app, only to be met with ANOTHER FULL SCREEN AD THAT CANNOT BE SKIPPED UNTIL 5 SECONDS. You can mix custom colors in the app a lot easier than using the remote, but I'll be going back to the hardware cause this is ridiculous.

It was working fine for months and now it wouldent let me connect and I can't plug it into a diffrent outlet it's plugged into the attic and I deleted it and reinstall it but it still won't work and the bluetooth can't pick it up any more and a waste of money

I got these around late November early December when I got them the remote didn't work, I have now had them for almost a year and now i can't get the app to work it was working fine last night, I had shut them off so I can go to bed and now this morning I tried to turn them on and they won't connect I have tried everything to connect it but it is not connecting

Got the lights today, thankfully very cheap. They connect to the app for a split second then disconnect. They do this every 10s or so for a while and if you're lucky you can change the colour. Eventually they won't connect at all until you power the lights off and back on. The lights themselves are very blue, not white and trying to get a nice warm colour results in either a yellowy-green, or red.

Reeeeeeally garbage app. Not only does it allow for basically zero customization, YOU GET AN AD EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE APP. Like I'm just trying to turn off my lights. The controls are also very confusing and 70% of the app is purely there so you can buy more lights from them.

The device does connect to the app super easily. However, there is no actual security on it, no codes or anything on the device to link to the app, and I live in an apartment. I'm sometimes woken up in the middle of the night by my lights flicking on and cycling through a bunch of colors because anyone with Bluetooth can access it no problem. Also, when I first bought these lights about a year ago, the app was relatively fine, but now every time I open it it has to play an ad before I can use it

When I downloaded the app, it was working fine. My lights would connect and it was all good. For one day. The next day I wanted to change the color so I went on the app so I could make a pink. However the lights would not connect. I unplugged it, and that only connected it for 2 seconds. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't work either. So I tried to just use the remote, but the remote wasn't working either. The buttons wouldn't press. Don't get this app. (or the products to be honest)
