Does not accept non German IBANs, even though they are part of the SEPA area. I had to change my contract, and it won't let me use the existing IBAN I have been paying from for 2 years. It makes you type the IBAN again, and then has the audacity to tell you it is wrong. It is not. My IBAN is part of the SEPA area and it is therefore illegal to discriminate against it and force consumers to open a German bank.

There is no support to change IBAN in the app. The app is also in German very hard to use everytime to use translator. Your website is also broken entirely, I cannot check even the contract and no body cares to fix it for months it seems. I checked 6 months ago, same loading window in the website. Thinking to change the provider for this reason.

User friendly login is absolutely necessary. It's impossible to understand how to create and login for new users. I had to call and talk to automate and somehow received an sms and only after a link sent via sms was able to re-register and login to my account. Why this process is so difficult? Why this can't be easy to understand especially for foreigners?

This is most definitely broken app. Can't even register my contract in the app, and then never receive any explanation why the electricity cost continues to increase every year in the post or email for 8 years. Switching to another provider.

The login flow is broken after the last update. I was automatically signed out and stuck on the Firebase Analysis screen: both buttons were just "spinning" on press, but nothing happens.

Cannot use the app, "technical error" within 3 seconds after using the app. Im stuck in the "Firebase Analytics" screen. From the other comments, it seems this is a known error. Therefore I wonder why it this error still occurs.

The application is very intuitive. Having English language (or, more specifically, an option to pick language independently from country) would be very helpful
