Extremely slow and unoptimized, even on new expensive TVs all functions are lagging. Changing channels sometimes takes a whole second. Replay TV freezes and stutters every minute on a 300mbps connection. Not properly working with TCL TV. It transmits the image faster than the sound and then, the image freezes....and then again from the beginning. This takes place at the live programs of cosmote TV (not on demand / replay).

Recently bought a Chromebook. Instelled via the app store. The app opens, logs on, there are menus and everything but when you try to play something you get a black screen. It's funny because in my Android phone it works properly. On the Chromebook though, for some reason it's a NO. Edit:21/01/21 - Seems that the problem was partly solved. Something wrong with the caching of the live program. Press the button to view the live program from the beginning and then shortly after return to live.

Good content. Search doesn't work very well. You also can't search by language if movie etc. But the worst is how many times the app closes on its own on our TVBox. It crashes and gets the screen to black or it gets you back to HomeScreen. Even ErtFlix works better and it's for free! Come on, people! It's way too expensive to be working this bad! Edit: everything is updated and otherwise working just fine. The search has gotten better but is still far from good

Cast functionality is back with the latest update. Still issues with the fact that your replay function on channels is based on the scheduled time, and not the actual start and finish of a show or movie. So, when you choose something to watch on a channel already aired, it will show the previous show or movie (because in Greece, being on time is rare) and end before your video is done, which means you have to find out what came next to watch the end of your show/movie. CRAZY!

Some matters with Cosmote TV. When you get an extra monthly pack you are supposed to switch it off by yourself which this only happens through your cell phone and through their App and only. Unfortunately the misinformed me that the company switches off the programma pack automatically but it does not. Even though the company's customer service is very good, its administration and rules are not customer friendly.

My rating is not about the app but the android tv interface which has HDR enabled and no option to disable it. This setting needs to be controlled by the user or automatically kick in when hdr content is displayed. OLED TVs will suffer in the long run for no reason since hdr content is not available. Not to mention the color mismatch when sdr content is displayed as hdr.

Does not work with Xiaomi Redmi Pro 8. I have to say that Cosmote Support is really looking on to this problem. I am sure that in a recent update or something they will fix it. They keep me posted on their progress and they called a couple of times. Update December 2020. App is still not working for Xiaomi redmi pro 8. Above that we cannot open the browser view anymore as a 2nd option. I used the browser until now so I didn't have a problem as a customer.
