Always have to reset account to login. Then complains about location permission when it already has it. Unusable.

App worked smoothly, however, charge box says 22kwh charger but only got speeds of under 7kwh. No other cars were plugged to other charging points there. This was located at Champneys Henlow.

Loses connection can't add favourite can't locate chargers . Random logs out and won't let you log back in

This unit at Potters Five Lakes. Difficult to get to work by just using card. Worked well when I installed the App.

A poor first start for me. No contact phone number on the charger point, Charger point marked EVBox but tells you to download Fuuse app, can't seem to set up an account on app, kept getting error messages. The Station owner then told me that the provider was having problems and even their fob did not work. An error sign or phone number would have been nice.. The charge point looked great!

Having to pay £40 up front when you open a Fuuse account is a bit rich, especially when I only have a PHEV. The cost is steep. £3 for a charge that took me less than 15 miles

Good, better if card reader worked. Used app. ok.

A good start, easy to set up and het going, but it did something weird part way through charging and stopped at 80% when I wanted to go to 100%. It did continue, but no reason for it to have stopped.
