The worst experience of the internet. Everything laggs, 4g at most that doesn't work or download anything. Has been using tele2 for almost 8 years, but for the past few years it became impossible to use it normally

The app doesn't start at all. Activation is through SMS , which doesn't come to the phone number. I tried many times, including "assistance" of technician of Tele2 - no success. It is impossible to run the app. The technician suggested that problem is IMEI registration, but was a false information, IMEI registration existed for the phone number, from which I tried to run this terrible app. Tech support is horrible. Half a day spent to resolve the matter, NO SUCCESS!

Please in next update add English Language to its language pleasssssse please. I read all of the reviews most of them were the same feedback, JUST ENGLISH from long time ago. Is it very difficult for you? Come on people do it for the growth of your business. I myself know foreigners who use other simcards and pay more just because they cannot use this tele 2 to control their data and it doesn't have English language. In the next update I will be waiting for you to add ENGLISH. Thank you

Please update the application in English language too. Your network is very good. Data plan are good. Data transfer to other tele2 number. Data exchange from min and sms to data. Only difficulty is app language. English not available.. hope you will update it soon.

Absolutely APPALLING!!!! TAKES 30 MINUTES TO OPEN. THEN IT TAKES THE SAME TIME TO CHANGE SCREEN. I WANTED TO RENEW MY INTERNET TODAY AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR. IN THE PAST I HAVE PAID FOR 20GB AND THEN 16 GB HAS DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD DELETE THIS APP IMMEDIATELY AND STOP USING TELE POO, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY MOBILE OPERATOR WITH A NETWORK IN MY VILLAGE. BUT THE APP IS AN INSULT TO HUMAN DIGNITY AND I HATE IT!

Why can this application add language settings ? It's very difficult for us foreigners to use this application. At least add English language as it's an international language.
