Basically does what it is supposed to do. It is simple to use for buying tickets. Never had any issues with it. Nice feature is you can import tickets from mail. The reason for only giving 1 star is that I didn't figure out yet how to change currency. Prices are shown in Euro but when Iiving in Sweden that doesn't help much. When you tell me how to change to SEK I will adjust my rating.

Why is this an app and not a website?? It is so low quality. The app resets when going from background to foreground, the payment flow messes up multiple times, the app opens a web browser and directs you to the website in many cases and you have to manually add the tickets to the app even though you just purchased them through the app. Last but not least; A detailed overview of your purchase should be added before completing the payment flow. The UX is so bad.

Horrible app - use website instead. Purchases do not register and neither do bookings made through the app. Tried buying through it several times and ended up waiting 24h for purchase confirmation, which never came - neither did the ticket. The tech team doesn't give a rat's about it either.

Android app keeps forgetting the reservation, especially fun when you're at the check in point. I ended up having to pull up the email confirmation, which kinda defeats the point of the app.

For the second time in a few weeks, I buy the tickets and they disappear from the app. I enter the reservation number and the email, and "sorry, something went wrong" Luckily, old plain email and PDF still work...

Would give 0 stars if i could. Downloaded the app, filled in the info.... incorrect info, re-did it again, same message, tried later same issue, so i will uninstall and for sure not install again. Just waste of time. Cant rate the experience to use the app as i dould not use it.

This app allows for buying the ticket. After restart the ticket is forgotten and there is no way to import it from the email. So it is more comfortable to just use the web page and print the ticket out.

Useless app, when paying, the credit card number cannot be pasted, it has to be entered digit by digit, not very handy when you have to do it from out there on the smartphone. Forces you to just use the website directly.
