100% not usuable: 1) Can't click "accept" on first open of the app, hence I'm locked out from ever opening the app. 2) I signed up online, but can't login. It says "user ID does not exist". When I try to register (again), it says "error, User ID already exists". This issue happens with my phone number and email 3) I never received a confirmation email or text message after registration

There is a bug in the app if you use WiFi to make appointment at any Klinik Kesihatan Kerajaan (Government Health Clinic). The appointment is recorded so long as there's WiFi connection. But once there's no WiFi connection and only cellular data is available, the appointment is "lost", not visible. PS : Thanks for the response. I have since discovered the reason is Adguard ad blocker. If the ad blocker is off, WiFi also off but mobile data is on, the "missing" appointments appear.

The latest update has problem to book appointments for health check up and many other services. I could not even log out even after uninstall. Please check if any bug persistent. Update: only happens on my smartphone: Samsung A55 5G. It works smoothly on my Samsung Tab S9+. Tried to clear all data from the app and it works. Please help to fix this bug if possible. It is quite a hassle.

latest update from this version,i cannot open mysejahtera. i have an appointment next week. then how do i need to resolve it ? already updated the latest android version. but still appears the blank page. this app needs to change for all version phones. please Mysejahtera IT do not upgrade your version apps if not suitable for old phones version. really disappointed.

Love the new look, its not only about look but its function very well. I really appreciate for the initiative, all the records are divide by section such as health record and health report. I could see health card also which is impressive. You got the rights to share or not sharing your data. Everytime i enter the data part, it is required for me to scan my fingerprint. Congratulations on the success app improvement. Love KKM.

With the latest update, the location detection doesn't work! I was trying to book a clinic appointment like I have always done in the past with the App BUT it can't locate where I really am. It doesn't seem to be able to connect to Google Map. Instead, it just defaults to presumably KL because it keeps listing out government clinics in KL/Selangor. I have to type in my state in the search bar. If I add my district, it gives an error message or unable to recognize it. This is so frustrating 😫

Very horrible version of mysejahtera. I lost all of my vaccination records and certificates. I have to log in every time using the same details before still can't have access to those records. Tried to apply guidance using help desk but it takes years for them to respond. Because of this I have to take vaccination again which more that 4 dose required this times. Please update your vaccination records be more accessibility for users for us.

5 years after MCO,pandemic COVID-19..now I see a new in terms of their UI & UX.. really gives material feels design and it makes this app more refreshing to see compared to old UI. Even though, stability and performance play a crucial roles in development application. Lastly but not least, always keeping our data at high grade security,not weakest ones that hackers,scammers can access our data. That's all for now I would want say.
