Would love to be able to tell you how much I enjoy using this app, but I can't get it to work. Keep getting error messages when I try to upload my ID verification. Your help line is no help. How is someone supposed to use this app when it won't allow you to get into it??

As usual, pretty disappointed in Ascension. Having trouble verifying my picture ID. Called the number displayed on the screen for assistance. The person answering told me they couldn't help me. I would have to call smart health. I explained that I was trying to set up my Ascension One app and she said "as I already told you I can't help. Call the insurance company for help." I did finally get the issue resolved on my own.

works so much better now. still missing some information like current conditions. Makes the portals feel like the 90,s. would be nice to be able to view scans but I guess I DICOM viewer is too pie in the sky.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. It won't even let me log in, even though I already have an account. I try to create an account, and it says it's sending a verification code that never comes to my email - not even in the spam folder. Is this app spam thats just trying to steal your information? Seems likely.

Can't verify the quality of the app, but I will never send a photo of my drivers license or passport to any app developer, yet alone one that had a major data breech a few months ago.

Easy to navigate and really smooth.

Nothing but problems trying to verify identity. Verified my phone number at every different screen, keeps erroring out of uploading a pic of my id. I mean really, how hard is it to get your users logged in?
