The app won't even open. I want to be able to use it on my phone so I'm not always tethered to my computer for accepting and ending passes. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. When I try to open it, it immediately closes. Why have an app if it doesn't work??? Very disappointed. I have a pixel 8. Is that the problem? Is the app not up to date with new tech?

One Star – Dangerous Glitch This app sent my child out of class during a real lockdown due to a glitch that approved the wrong hall pass. No alerts, no location tracking—just 30 minutes of terror while no one knew where they were. My child was alone, hiding, while the school was in danger. This app isn’t just unreliable, it’s unsafe. Parents and schools, do not trust Securely Hall Pass with your kids' safety.

This is the most inconvenient hall pass I've ever had in my life. Instead of just asking, going, and having the teacher recontinue the lesson in less than 10 seconds, it now will make you log in to an app, search for the places you're leaving and going to, and have the teacher stop the lesson in order to confirm your request when you leave and come back. All of this is just for the trade off that even the top brass will know where you are and can't cause trouble... If it wasn't so easy to lie.

One star. That's generous. Securly Pass is a constant source of frustration. It constantly blocks legitimate websites, making online research and even basic tasks nearly impossible. The app itself is clunky and slow, significantly impacting my device's performance. And don't even get me started on the constant login issues. It's a disruptive and invasive experience that hinders productivity far more than it protects. If I could give zero stars, I would.

the interface goes up into my notification bar so I cannot tap any menu items, rendering the app useless

I am a high-school, and I kid you not, my inexperienced brain was able to immediately discover the EIGHTEEN different data stealing interface fragments, two of which are able to open your camera. Also, the app failed to open at one point and caused one girl in my class to not be able to grab and apply pads, causing a whole disaster. If she had left without making a pass, she would have faced suspension. That part is my school's part, but please stop tossing Spyware into an app made for students.

I really really really really really really hope this company goes bankrupt. And I mean it. The idea is horrible setting up a pass on a device which takes a little long. Just use a normal pass its easier. Who ever created this... Just STOP. THIS APP IS USELESS. I don't recommend this to anyone. Please stay as far away from e-hallpass as possible

I have NEVER had a worst experience with an app i my ENTIER life. The app self destructs all devices you connect it to, not to mention its a scam that takes you're card numbers and logins and stores them in a file they can access at anytime. On multiple ocassions i have peed/pooped my pants because the app took too long to load the green screen. Closing the app and re-opening it compleatly logs you out and gives you f's in all you're classes. DO NOT USE THIS APP. ONCE AGAIN, DO NO USE THIS APP.
