App itself is generally great though not as good on Android 15. In 15 the messaging part is semi broken, the keyboard is on top of the text input field so you can't see what you're typing. Never happens with previous android versions. Additionally the app doesn't clear completed tests from the upcoming dialog & provides no means for user to do so, so it can become confusing. (any android version. Poor support from developers.

UPDATE Jan 2025 After deleting the NYP Connect app cache and data storage on my mobile. I was able to log in successfully. Dec 2024 The app no longer allows me to log in. I'm not sure if it has recently been updated or not. Previously, it had been very helpful up until the past few weeks.

This app work the first time, then doesn't work the next day. It said login error with user ID or password. Was working fine the first day, so why all of a sudden telling me login error? No matter how many times I tried it doesn't work! Epic failed

This app is terrible. I can't ever log in. All it does is try to load which never happens. I can't read my reports and I can't pay my bills. I don't care if they don't want me to pay but I need to read my health reports so I can share them with my therapist. Please fix this mess!

This app was good at first, but it started acting up recently. Out of nowhere it would say the connection has been disrupted, but my connection is fine. If it would've been the connection there would've been an exclamation point next to it, but that symbol wasn't there during those times. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still doing that. At this point I believe that the app is doing that. Like how come it decides now to do that now after the many times I've used it.

App is completely non-functional. Tried to create an account to pay a bill and no matter how many times I input the verification captcha, or made sure to follow all the password rules, or double check my account number, or manually input my email because some sites won't detect it if you input it using auto complete... It kept telling me there was a verification error and to check the fields. Literally nothing was wrong and it deletes half your information each attempt. Gave up.

This app update is completely horrible, not user friendly at all. I had to call because I couldn't login, the Connect person told me I didn't have an account even though I have been and NYP patient for a little over a year. Now that my NYP Connect account is activated I cannot login into my patient portal, my password isn't recognized and I changed it 3 times. There was nothing wrong with the app before, this app update doesn't work and it isn't easier to use, it's just frustrating. EPIC fail.

This app does not keep your record after two years. This makes it challenging for patients to compare examination results over time. I am responsible for my body. The doctors' notes facilitate in helping me to better understand my body. Please allow for results to remain in system indefinitely. Thank you!
