Com o Nar'aakom, você pode ver as informações do seu cartão de saúde, como o número do seu cartão de saúde e ver quando ele expira, ver o seu centro de saúde atribuído e ver o seu médico de família atribuído a partir do PHCC. Através deste aplicativo, você também pode visualizar os próximos compromissos para você e seus dependentes.
Você também pode solicitar qualquer um dos seguintes serviços disponíveis:
- Solicitar Cartão de Saúde - permite que você se inscreva para você ou seus dependentes
e obter um cartão de saúde para receber cuidados de saúde em um dos centros de saúde da PHCC
localizado em todo o Qatar.
- Alterar meu centro de saúde - permite que você solicite a alteração do seu atual
atribuído centro de saúde a outro.
- Alterar meu médico de família - permite que você solicite a alteração de seu
atualmente designado médico de família.
- Pedido de nomeação - permite-lhe solicitar um novo compromisso com
nossos centros de saúde PHCC.
- Adicionar conta dependente - permite adicionar dependentes à sua conta para serem
capaz de solicitar qualquer um dos serviços acima em seu nome.
- Renovar seu cartão de saúde - permite que você navegue até o site da Hukoomi para
renove seu cartão de saúde online.

Not able to apply for my health card. After document upload, Apply button turns grey and unclickable. Today tried my luck again and surprisingly now I can not even login to my account as it is showing some error code. Have been trying to find out the email id of the support team to share my issues in detail with screenshot. Pls help. This is such an important e-service app. Better management is expected.

Dear Support, There is option in the app to add the beneficiary details..Inorder to add i was trying to add the my qatar id, beneficiary qatar ids as well in jpg format.After submitting all the details it is not showing any output. As it seems there is bug in the app which is not showing even the error message to the end user.

Login through National system works perfectly then this app hangs. Previously worked OK, did the usual, delete, reinstall, remove cookies etc. Poor development and follow on Previous requests have disappeared. No family physician assigned, no health centre assigned. Attempt to register with a health centre/physician and informed cannot as already done - no data present. Select language, after selection app bounces to front screen. Select comms channel causes language to be deselected.

I try to apply for a health card. I provided all required details and uploaded the required documents as well. But in the final stage when I clicked apply, I am getting some blank dialog box containing only 'ok'. Nothing is mentioned, and I couldn't go forward with the application. Expecting a solution at the earliest.

Apps it is not working. Keeps asking me language options and on it doesn't submit requests that were send for correction. The feedback and support button not working either is sending to a broken link. V1.7.7 Make a website version

I can't seem to log in for the past 3 days - have been trying every few hours yet getting the same error message "The app is currently under maintenance as we are experiencing temporary network issues, please try again after sometime". I've deleted and reinstalled the app yet same issue.
