Update your application. It always gets stuck on the first screen while validating the phone number, and the message never appears. Eventually, it starts working again after 2 or 3 days, and otp messages are coming after 2 days. This can be quite frustrating. I'm considering switching mobile providers because of this issue.I am facing very hardles nowadays.

good when it works, needs a ’resend code’ option. I can't even check the app without confirming my phone number & it doesn't even send me a code half the time. You made a new app instead of fixing the old one which, according to the reviews, people hate even more than the original. You can do so much better.

worst app ever. every time when we trying open app it's asking us enter 6 digit OTP. and we wait long time to receive the OTP but cannot because their system or whatever is very slow to send OTP. if i have anything urgent then forget this app could help you. worst app experience facing.

The main issue of consuming data without using it, sleep and wake suddenly 10 GB disappeared, and when I check the data usage from my phone, didn't show this that I consume these data so it have one answer.... That's not fair to do like this

Worst app , I am going to quit jawwy bcz their is no good reasonable offers for monthly or quarterly plans. And the plans available is very costly.. Just a suggestion: 120-150SR plans with tax, shall be implemented with unlimited internet + 500calls..you can harvest customers. With this plan.

Lately have had a horrible experience with the app and the customer service. No response in a live chat for over 4 hours (still waiting), fb for a few days. Issues: 1. The app doesn't work with wifi on, or doesn't work at all. Doesn't update a recharge 2. Anable to get a gift, even though have a balance in my wallet 3. No response from any customer service FOR 3 DAYS!!!! 4. last 2 months with Jawwy is a nightmare!

Mostly the app doesn't loads, provided I am in a good wifi network. Also when it loads, it says buy a sim, bro I already buyed your sim at airport that's why I downloaded your app. Please improve your app and communication.
