the app isn't working for me , i can not sign in with my number . every time i try, it gives me an error ( technical glitch ). I want to purchase internet bundles, and i couldn't.

What a mess? My virgin number has credit and can make calls. The App says my number has been terminated and I can not login! How can I make calls of my number is terminated! I never requested termination for my number! You need to fix the issue. I have an important task to do and your App is stopping me. What a waste of time! I found that many people out there have the same issue!

After payment Nafath page doesn't open and I can't complete verification process, when I complained then Virgin team says that your issue resolve 5 working days. In virgin mobile website there is no option is available for login. I am disappointed 😞😞😞

I wish I could give 0 star Just got a deduction while I wanted to purchase a gold pass in Clash of Clans and unable to purchase there but got deduction not once twice 29.99 sr and raise a complaint, but says can not return the money then why deduction in the first place ..@#%¥ I'm going to change the network soon

I'm abroad on a trip, the app keeps popping up with error message that the app is out of date and i have to go to the app store to update??!! Done this 4 times! And signed up to a roaming pack and it's run out of data and not allowing me to subscribe again as the error message says i already have a pack(!) therefore cannot add to a new pack! It leaves me stranded in a foreign country, a woman alone, without a way to connect, keep safe and use my apps. Roaming with Virgin mobile is appalling.

Run away from the company. I've been stuck with them for almost 8 years, and it's genuinely the worst decision I've ever made. This is simply a failing company with horrible service and even worse customer support, regardless of how many chances you give them. The service is so unreliable even my bank is telling me to give up and use a non-virgin number. Then you have their customer service: painfully slow and they have never solved a single problem for me in 8 years.
