This is all fraud. I bought a new phone narzo n61 from Amazon. There were a lot of problems with the phone, so I applied for a technician on the third day itself. I had bought the phone from Amazon. I could not return it to Bajaj, so I applied for a technician, their technician did it for me yesterday. After four-five days, I got it exchanged at Realme Center. Realme Center people are saying that we will not change it because you are late by a week.

Scam doing by Amazon last week I purchased poco m6 pro phone and display is not working, I get call from Amazon service department, he tell me you get replacement within 48 hours but I don't get any call from Amazon delivery boy. and my app is not showing replacement or order tracking.

Worst app in the history of apps. Amazon just sends a technician to visit when asked for a return/replacement of mobile phone, runs some test which obviously don't detect anything wrong, and the cycle goes on. Bought a new Redmi Note 10 pro and found that it's lagging right from the start with charging issues as well. Edit: Amazon has accepted a replacement order via call, but the app is still a useless one because it did nothing.

Worst. In Amazon there's only one week time for replacement. And there's so many issues in my new phone. Yesterday was the last day I couldn't order for replacement because of such bad customer care service, it just directed everytime to this app and here the qr code just doesn't work, tried every damn code in the package! Extremely disappointed😐😠😞

Ordered phone from amazon had dead pixels (vertical pink-green lines) on arrival. This app depends upon technician self reporting a lot. When screen test was running it was clearly seen that screen was defective (obviously no app can detect screen issue) but the "technician" was quickly clicking yes ok ok yes to all tests without reading. He said this app is basically uselsss and just a formality.

Its been 7-8days since I have my phone delivered from amazon. I was having sound n connectivity issue..but based on this false app the technician without even checking... Verified my phone saying there is no issue and I amazon is not returning my phone. Even now its under return status. Amazon has started to play with there regular customer money

Joke of an app.. My issue was with the proximity sensor and display of my phone and Amazon Customer Care guy asked me to install this app... This app will always show everything is fine because it just checks whether the hardware exist or not in the phone not necessarily whether it's working properly or not... The Amazon people who claim themselves to be technical experts don't understand these simple things.

Worst app ever. I baught phone from Amazon and there is an issue related to battery as well as heating issue. Amazon scheduled technician visit 3 times but everytime because of this app's report Amazon denied to return or replace item. I Faced below issues with my new phone 1.Battery slow charge 2. Battery drains faster 3. Phone heats up like an iron Now these issues cannot be detected by this worst app and Amazon said they can only trust this app's report and don't trust technician report.
