Such a lame unnecessary app that failed to work on my Xiaomi K20 pro because it's not the latest android version! I had to use my work phone to install it and access my ticket, and will sure uninstall it after the booked party, and will try to avoid it in the future.

I was forced to install the app to get my tickets. I did not want this app, I did not want another login/account to remember, will delete right after the usage, Eventim could send QR code over the email to simplify all of this. The app is very basic (form and function).

Only giving dates for Apr / May 2025. Pretty useless when only at the start of November. Has a search round for the settings after the calendar wasn't working.

I can't actually get into the app even though I have spent ages loading it into Google Play (apparantly)

A very poorly designed app. It seems mostly designed to sell you more tickets ... providing any sort of service once you've bought one is a poorly thought out afterthought. Good luck finding your ticket because it is very far from obvious where it is. It IS there but dont leave it until youre on the queue ... I would recommend you allow 20+ minutes to find it.

No help what so ever so ever regarding an issue I have. I'm not receiving a validation code, and all I'm told by customer services is reinstall the app. Done this multiple times but still nothing. I've nothing on my phone that is blocking the text. No response from emails I've sent asking for the code to be sent to my email address. Probably going to have to queue up at the box office and try and dort this mess out myself. WONT BE USING EVENTIUM AGAIN. 😡😡😡

App is fine if you are going to the concert. However, I wanted to transfer tickets to the members of my party and there was no transfer button to allow me to do this. I could Calendar or Share the event, or sell tickets but no transfer option. Causes undue stress trying to sort out another option.
