Problematic app. It goes on a loop and doesnt allow you to do anything. I cant even complain about the driver that charged my kids more. For a R138 trip, they were charged R196 by the driver. Some of these Apps are just plain poor managed. I dont even know where to log a complaint or who to contact.

A very good app I got my first ride and it was super good and got the friendly driver , the only thing that is annoying is other drivers cancelling the ride when you've requested a long ago.

Terrible service! Drivers make you wait 10 to 15 min only to cancel and most of the drivers will start the trip when they have not even picked you up yet resulting in higher fare prices.

Is this platform existing or just the app created... where are the customers and drivers... or is it just short of marketing to be well known just like other competitors
