ADF Active vă ajută să vă antrenați și să vă pregătiți pentru intrarea în Forța de Apărare Australiană (ADF). În timpul procesului de recrutare, veți efectua o Evaluare Pre-Entry Fitness Assessment (PFA). Această aplicație va explica PFA pe baza rolului în Marinei, Armatei sau Forțelor Aeriene pentru care aplicați. As of today, i have tried multiple times to login and set a workout. The logging in part is fine, but the second I press confirm to my set workout, it crashes. I have then reopended it, and it says the app has a bug and should wait for the developer to update the app. I have never experienced an app with a bug before, so i know its just sloppy on there behalf.

Took my personal details, full name, email, phone number, gender - then BAM crashes!!! Never to be able to be opened again. Thanks for that ADF app developers!

I can't use it, trying to register I get to the fitness level question and get a "the requested resource does not support http method 'GET'" error.. Update 27/11: With an upgraded phone (from Samsung S10e to Samsung S23 FE) the app is now working. However it keeps crashing when I try to enter my PFA date. Otherwise it's a good app and I have started doing the workouts.

The app is perfectly laid out for anyone looking to train for entering the ADF. The plans are formulated for you based on the information you give, there are instructional videos on correct technique for each exercise, and there are articles and podcast episodes related to your goals. Brilliant app 💪
Layer Cake
This a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to get fit, or stay fit. You don't have to be in the ADF, or planning to join to get real value from it. Workouts can be tailored to your fitness level, and there are videos to teach you correct technique. On recovery days you get useful articles to read and/or podcasts to listen to. So what are you waiting for? Get this app and get fit! Your body and mind will thank you for it.

DOES NOT WORK Downloaded, logged in, app crashed, and now it crashes on the launch screen. It is very frustrating, especially considering how much the advisors and reveuiters raved about it..

Crashes half way in the PFA, crashes in the middle of a regular workout, crashes when looking at details of a workout. Crashes when entering data. 3 different devices.
