Could not use the app. The options on app are not available in my area. Second reason, the color makes it near impossible to use. The lettering is near impossible to read because of the bright yellow clashes with it. I have 20/20 perfect vision and was unable to read it. No one in my house could read it or wanted to because it hurts your eyes trying to read it. Awful

Will change it once this is checked out, for the last few times I've tried to order through the app, if keeps removing the item that I add to the note to ask for extra, like extra pickles or heavy mayo and we have to drive for awhile to get the subs and this missing item really ruins our enjoyment, I would recommend checking into it, until then I'm gonna only order in person.

So, after adding my food and submitting order at the website, I'm taken to Google to download the app. No way around it. I download the app, go through the verification from my phone, and have to redo everything again. Nothing is carried over. This is a STUPID way to set this up. People need to know they can't order from the website before going to the trouble to add all the food for their order!

I like the app. No real complaints. It's handy instead of trying to tell someone five different sandwiches. I wish I could look at the menu even if a store isn't open yet. I'm the type of person that likes to peruse the options ahead of time. And sometimes I wish there were the option to pay cash. These are minor things and they aren't going to stop me from ordering/using the app.

IMHO, this chain has been going downhill 4 years, even b4 Covid hit. The store closest 2 me is not even located on the apps map. It closes itself frequently and stops running. I walked into "my" store 2night. And they told me they didnt have 3 of the 4 items on my order list, including meatball subs??.. deleting the app.

This app is trash. It won't even display all subs available in the restaurant on the menu. If you're ordering from a location not near you an alert box pops up on top of screen. It never goes away and blocks ordering.

App doesn't show locations, doesn't have a privacy statement(what exactly do you need my birthday for? ) Doesn't have online ordering Doesn't show menu items, has zero capability to order or manage and online order. Doesn't have any description on how to earn rewards, but had reward history. Doesnt give me a way to use PayPal or other online secure payment instead of storing a credit card. Doesn't give me security info at all.

Really polite and kind, even late at night right before they close. Most people around here are rude if you come a certain amount of time before closing. But all smiles and quick, happy service from Larry's! Great philly cheesesteaks for not being Philly! Delicious & worth the price! App is super convenient and even has rewards!
