Good app, still effective! Used it for my first child and now for my second - noticing improvements with new features (or the daycare's use of them). Simple and clean way to get the necessary info, no need for anything more complex.

The most recent update has made the app unusable. Seems they missed doing a thorough job of QA before launching the update. I'm on a Samsung S22 Ultra and when I login now I can't access the messages. It just gives me a white screen that totally kills the app. I also find the new interface less user friendly and more difficult to navigate. I'm in digital Marketing professionally so it's not just a matter of me not knowing how to use it but more so lack of user acceptance & feature testing.

10/18: Gets stuck on red screen 10/6: App still doesn't launch when notification clicked. Still having issues with naps not showing up 9/30: Notifications still buggy 9/28: Ever since the update I don't receive notifications & I've missed messages & updates. I've also noticed that sometimes my child's naps aren't showing up, although the educator has logged it on their end. Otherwise, the concept is good but after having used HiMama, WeeMarkable has a long way to go be competitive (Android user)

The app doesn't work anymore. I get notifications but don't get beyond putting in my PIN. Sits there and spins endlessly. Might be an authentication problem. Hasn't worked since my phone (Galaxy S10+) or the app updated. Both happened around the same time. Tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone but neither resolved the issue.

I want to love this app. But when I get notifications the app doesn't open or gets stuck on the red screen. I can't upload or view most photos that are in there now. I can't upload photos for my kids profiles, and overall it feels so clunky. This is the first week with this app, so I'm hoping for more updates that improve usability on an android.

Worked fine for a couple days, although the constant need to enter a new code is annoying. But now I can't even get it to send me a code so I can sign back in. Keep getting notifications but can't get back into my account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail. No help menu either to try and troubleshoot. Wouldn't recommend this app. It's a shame that this is what my daughter's daycare is using... now I can't stay updated about her day. Update: I contacted someone and they informed me that the access codes sometimes randomly get sent to junk or spam, sure enough that's where I found the codes.

I think the St Gabriel YMCA daycare is using it well. I really like that I get daily notifications when there is something relevant to read and that it is all compacted into an easy to read format and available whenever I have time. Much better than reading through the manual entries at the location and it helps reinforce that the daycare is focusing on and communicating interesting notes about a childs day, behaviour, nap time or play, or even just the menu, events or weather reminders.

Unfortunately I have to give this app a one star. Constantly tells me I have new posts to see, but once I open the app there is nothing; and I mean nothing at all. It gives me the option to "filter" to just my daughter's related posts but even then the feed stays empty. Edit* so it's been two weeks since I emailed you at the email below and still have not recieved a response.
