I love this app and appreciate that it's ad free. I am really weary of the constant barrage of ads. And I really like the 1984 NIV. The 2011 isn't a good translation. It's hard to find this version, so thanks for offering it. Wish it had a highlight feature and a good word search option would also be nice.

I've had this app for quite a while. Simple to use. I've changed phones and found this app ASAP.. I don't adventure off the Bible part, not sure of any other things you can do with this (favorite verses,sharing..etc). I love the option for LARGE print, I set my phone on top of a book in the pew to read it with out holding the whole time, just FYI. Sometimes I do put both bible versions for Sunday school class,but mostly use KJV. I do recommend if you want simply the Bible to read as it is.

This is a clean, simple and excellent menu system to quickly access books, chapters and verses. I wish more bibles and bible apps had all their verses numbered on the left side of the page like this, or at least offered that option in their settings. This puts an end to randomly scanning lines, wasting time trying to locate a specific verse. Also this type of spacing and formatting makes it much easier to focus on each verses specific content and context. This is now my favorite Bible app and preferred way to read the 1984 NIV, It almost makes me think about unloading some of the paper versions of the 1984 NIV, I've collected off eBay over the years. Well done, please don't change any of that.

Easy to use, and I am so grateful for this app because typically the only NIV publishers make available is the updated version with policticized & incorrect changes in gender. My only negatives: verses are on their own instead of in paragraphs, so it is a bit clunk if you are older or have a visual impairment and need a larger font size. Also, there is no search function, which is difficult. Often, I have to search on a different app and then switch over to read here. But overall, excellent!

Love this app, I do wish it had a way to bookmark verses, but I'll live with it because I grew up memorizing this Bible version & it's close to my heart. Recently went back to using this app as my sole Bible app because it's simple & useable & has no ads, & also isn't all ridiculous/flashy "trying to be hip" the way YouVersion has become, which to me is a distraction from the Word = not of God. Jesus doesn't care if He's on "Insta."

The app offers a simple no distractions offline reading experience. They have fixed all the previous issues now it's comfortable to read. Love the team too, they work on the feedbacks and make the experience better. I would highly recommend you try this app. I haven't found any other app that has a better experience offering the 1984 version of the NIV bible.

It was a joy to read and visually pleasant. Until this morning. The verse number is now bracketed and the lines are crowded and it is difficult to read. Will be looking for a new version that does not make my eyes hurt.

Love the app. Nice to have this NIV1984 version still available. I grew up reading it as a teenager and I have noticed that it's been removed from most other popular bible apps.
