Acumatice Cloud ERP Software permite companiilor mici și mijlocii să acceseze informații financiare, inventar, vânzări, achiziții și multe altele din orice browser web de pe orice dispozitiv. In a nutshell the app is good and the "vanilla" version is good. Customization op the screens where HARD at first but after a couple of hours of blood sweat and tears I started to get a hang of it. There is a lot I want this app the be able to do. Example. When a users is loginto the app and clickes a button I want to be able to know what phone sent that request. Accessinfo doesn't have the data. If there was a way to connect other apps on my phone with acumatica that would be cool. Example I am on a scanning app that reads license discs. Having a option to send/share to acumatica could open a world of new ideas. I don't know if the app can do this but I want to catch the image that was taken by the phone do a pdf convert on the image and send it along. If this was possible I could do a Img to text convert and look for key words.

As far as mobile applications go, it's stable and doesn't crash on me. It performs its functions and I don't have to fiddle with it for it to simply 'work'. Now, the app is pretty barebones and that is somewhat expected since they allow customization to tailor it to your needs. I hope they build out the pick/pack/ship side more as it's pretty lacking and not very intuitive/user friendly. Unfortunately, customizing it beyond simple adding a screen takes more advanced coding knowledge.

Acumatica ERP is fully customizable, and the mobile application is not an exception, that's awesome. User interface is very clean and almost for every screen there is a search box where you can search for desired things. In general the performance of the app is pretty fast and I don't feel hard delays during screen transitions. A cool improvement could be the possibility to edit totally an account, actually it does not allow to edit the username or credentials in general.

I love the mobile app!! It can be customized, and can access about any module in Acumatica. I can take photos of my receipts on the spot and immediately upload them to Acumatica. I can access the information I need, when I need it. I personally haven't had any issues with accessibility or any downtimes. So the mobile app has been a fantastic tool for me.

Great App to use Acumatica from anywhere! New features allow Warehouse Management functions like Pick, Pack, Ship..receiving..transfers and more right from the app using the devices camera for barcodes! You can attach photos from the app to transactions/records. Dashboards, tasks, approvals, CRM are all accessible. In the latest release of Acumatica you can also initiate an upload from the phone from your browser and it will prompt you to attach a file or take a pic from the device! So cool!

Loaded with redundant features, disabled but still visible features, and accounting codes that NOBODY cares about, except that it generates an error preventing work orders from closing. The technician cannot generate a PO which just gives more for the office to navigate in this overly complicated system. I am sure there is a user of this software who thinks it is great, but that person is not in my office.

Subpar. Hassle when you must create multiple timesheets for the same week woth no way off seeing hours per day. I have to spend 15 minutes to an hour per week to ensure all my time is properly calculated. I've had instances where I work through the weekend and the app takes my Saturday and Sunday hours and puts them on Friday causing an issue of 32 hours on one day to be reported.

MIND-BLOWING After receiving the demo from Kent I started exploring and looking at all the helpful information not only for partners but for users and was completely blown away by the user ability of this product it's amazing it's a game changer. Everything from quick books to Oracle to SAP can be replaced less expensive less user and licensing fees and over all User friendly. Inside there's so much support help and customization and that's just the app. Great Product.. ITS ALL REAL-TIME!!!
