Since the last update my robot just stops in the middle of the room and turns around. Doesn't seem to remember what my floor pattern was and now determines where it thinks it should stop without going all the way around or hitting something. Need a way to wipe out the map so that I can start all over learning because right now it's useless when I have to keep picking it up to move to areas it keeps ignoring because it refuses to keep going forward.

Bought this about a year ago, and the battery is already malfunctioning. It was working fine until a couple days ago when it suddenly shut down during cleaning. At first it still turns on, but eventually it was completely dead. Even unresponsive to the on/off power switch. Not worth the price. Garbage!

Difficult to connect, had to use smart life to make it work with Google. The no mop zone is nearly impossible to setup. It's much to clumsy of an app to draw a no mop zone properly. And after hours of setting that up it changes and is no mopping part of the carpet.

I really like being able to turn on the vacuum and have the floors clean when I get home. The vacuum seems to stay in one place for a very long time. It does not vacuum the whole house, it could certainly be a whole lot better.

Still testing, continues to say low battery? I place it back in the docking station which is plugged in. Looking for answers.

Poorly designed app with extremely shoddy (i.e. non-existent) "support". Notifications are great but various limitations prevent effective automations. Lack of analytics to understand performance and no export options of data to manually do so. No dark mode (useful for OLED). Did I mention the support was non-existent??

This last update really stinks to put it mildly. Now my robot doesn't return to the base when finished. It just dies somewhere. can't find the base even when placed in front of it. Having my robot really helps me out with 3 people and 3 cats and a parrot. I rarely need to pull my big vacuum out more than once a week. Is there a way to go back to the previous program or fix these bugs.

The app keeps losing connection with the robot vacuum. No matter how close I am to it, it loses connection. Bluetooth and location are on. I have to reset vacuum repeatedly. I have to manually reset the connection using my robot vacuum. And it still loses connection This app is completely useless.
