Uninstalling this app. Whoever designed it clearly didn't think it through. To create an account, it asks for an email and password, how can I enter a password for an account that doesn’t exist yet? I’m trying to create one, not log in. That makes no sense at all!

if I could rate it as 0 stars that's what I would rate it. Literally the worst. They make you pay then doesn't give you an e-ticket. Worse, their support team is so useless, useless!

I can't select a seat during online booking because it always assigns a top bunk (, which is less desirable. What’s the point of offering the convenience of online booking if better options, such as lower bunk accomodations are reserved for outdated ticketing outlets? It’s 2024—ticketing outlets are obsolete and unnecessary.

very useful especially at the time that i need a ferry during passenger season right before the election day (May 13, 2019), luckily I got 1 seat at that day. Though it always saying no schedule but i always refresh the app and checked it from time to time hoping for an available seat. atleast this app made an amazing help for me to arrived in my destination safe at the right time.

Easy booking but lack options to choose bunk. Please add that option, even if it means additional fees. For the sake of those who are of advanced age and with disabilities.

The website works fine. The app however wont let me proceed to the last step of the booking process so I went back to using the website instead.

It always stuck.. you can't select origin and destination, date stays on preset. I can't choose other origin and destination.

There's a lot that needs improvement in the app from the UI to the backend. I get it its still in the beta phase, but please improve it soon as I badly need this to book because of my work schedule. Thanks.
