*Extremely* slow to load anything. Also very slow logging into the app compared to others like PlanDay for example.

Pros: when you pick up a shift, it tells anyone else who picks up the same shift that it had already been taken, so it's really first come first serve. It also sends you an email confirming the shift is yours, which is great. It also notifies you when there is a new shift. Cons: The App keeps sending notifications and when you go there you don't find any shift sometimes which can be frustrating. It would also be nice to be able to sign in and out of the App instead of using timesheet.

It will not keep the filter set. Now it removed the facility I work at and can no longer pick up shifts through the app meaning I am losing pay. Happening with several coworkers as well. UPDATE: recieved a generalized statement from Bookjane saying they could help. Not realizing I had already gone through the support emails and was told that there wasn't any issues they could see so it was not their concern. Now I was told by a coworker that Bookjane admits it's an issue with Android users.

the new app is amazing. The app is amazing when it come to keeping time , but the app is not quite favorable to me, the notification of shifts did not favour me at all, while others were being notified with 14 jobs in high frequency non will come to me. this is a vvvvery big issue that the technical dept should help me to look into.

This app has serious issues. Among some, it won't let me input my address manually. And the use my location that I'm force to use shows every other home in my neighborhood except mine. Please look into this or explain what I'm doing wrong! Very frustrating.

Not sure it is working, been a couple of weeks and have never gotten a job request. When requesting live chat help, the reply from them is not right away and when they do, they expect an immediate response from you. If you don't answer then they close the chat. I'll raise this score once I see it work. I think the idea is great.

This app sucks. We are being forced to get it for work. Downloaded and uninstalled it 4 times. It still doesn't work. Waste of time. Sign up for email alerts if you are forced to use it. Although signing up that way doesn't seem to work either.

Terrible customer service, the worst. You can send them and email, they will not read it carefully, then ask you a question (that was already in the email), instead of fighting them, you reply, they don't read the reply and ask a version of the same question, it goes on and on...
