Horrible UX. I have to use this app to get into the gym by scanning a QR code, but most of the time it takes forever before the camera works. Quite often it will not work at all, or even cause my phone to reboot!!! Not a great way to start your workout. And it's not like my hardware is outdated or obscure (I'm using a Google Pixel 8 Pro). Also, is it too much to ask that the app goes back to the home screen after a successful scan?

The QR code scanner (main function of the app, to check-in in the gym) doesn't work 50% of the time. and takes a full few minutes to be usable the rest of the time. App is up to date, running on a Pixel 7, also up to date. so it isn't a phone issue. I usually don't leave review because I understand temporary bug can happen. But this is plain unusable.

Since a week the qr code scanner does not work (while opening the camera it says that something is wrong). Fix plox. And it makes my Pixel 8 Pro crash and reboot.

I couldn't find any settings to make the app English, you should really add this to your app. Also there's no filter option in class list (make reservation) page. All I'm seeing a bunch of classes with some other gyms that I'm not even registered. Location (gym name) and class name filter is really necessary. There's also a bug while making available classes as highlighted . Most of the classes at the end of list, seems not available when it's actually available!

Scanner doesn't work. App crashes regularly

The app keeps crashing when I check my invoices, this started happening after my gym added my subscription. please contact me to resolve this, i have rebooted, cleared cache, un installed reinstalled, etc etc. 2 stars with subject to change depending on helping me resolve the this issue. Thank you

I have had this app for less than a week and have to reinstall daily to get past the "laden" status. Today not even uninstalling and reinstalling works. Clearing cache also not helped. I can't get into classes without this app working!

I only ever scan the qr code to register that I'm there but now that doesn't work. my brother had it even worse as it wouldn't even open the qr code scanning tab. we both have the same phone, same operating system.
