b-hive Mobile este noua aplicație complet reproiectată pentru platforma de comunicare cloud unificată de la Broadvoice: unde conversațiile au loc mai repede, problemele clienților se rezolvă într-un timp record, iar echipa ta poate colabora ca niciodată.

*Update 9/25/24* No response from Dev on issues. Zero stars is not an option, so I was forced to give it 1. I'm constantly getting told that the person on the other line is having a hard time hearing, so I either have to keep the conversation short or call back without using the app. When receiving calls it can take 3-5 seconds to connect the call and have had several callers hang up. Also, for the past 2 weeks, the caller ID is displaying the same name for ALL calls.

It keeps getting worse and worse after every update. I have one problem, so when the update comes, I install it, and with it comes 4 more problems. I wasn't receiving calls, then I realized I needed the app open in the background for it to ring, so I lived with it. Now, today, I have to uninstall and reinstall it because it's just not working qnd When I do that,I start getting the calls ,but I get an error when I try to answer. The thing is a mess, and I've been begging my work to change phones

Somehow even worse than the last app. They fixed the bug where your phone doesn't ring during an incoming call. Super cool that the voip app were paying for rings when people call. But now it either won't let me pickup, the client can't hear me, or the app crashes. It's a phone system that doesn't let you receive phone calls. Total scam.

Similarly as bad as the last one but in different ways. There needs to be a way to make this app vibration only. It literally interrupts calls constantly and cannot be easily dismissed like the last one. It also does not have a paste function in the dialpad. I hardly use the new function so I'm not going to comment on those, but the functions I do use really need some work. Edit: added paste function, that gets you a star.

Functions for maybe a couple of hours after initial sign in and setup then begins throwing errors about being unable to retrieve data whenever opening the app after initial setup. Calls also stop coming in after those couple of hours making the app essentially useless. Old app wasn't perfect, but worked much better than this. Old app is being deprecated though so no choice in the matter.

App doesn't load text messages. I have contacted tech support multiple times and they say it's my Google Pixel phone. I've had multiple pixel phones and it hasn't worked on any of them.

This app keeps getting worse. I am so tired of updates that don't fix anything and cause more. Had to reinstall the phone app, and now, every time I click on the voice mail icon, it closes the app. Trash app. Don't waste your time with it.

The app will hang when one switches to or from the native phone app. The big deal is that it will not close unless the b-hive app is forced close. Overall, the call quality is good and works for the most part.
