Aplicația „Cosmo Connected” este concepută pentru a oferi o experiență de conducere mai sigură, conectată și personalizată pentru utilizatorii de produse Cosmo Connected.Iată principalele caracteristici ale aplicației:
1 - Configurarea și controlul produselor Cosmo Connected: Aplicația permite utilizatorilor să configureze și să personalizeze setările produselor lor Cosmo Connected. Puteți defini preferințele de iluminare, puteți activa funcții de siguranță, cum ar fi alertele de cădere și puteți ajusta alte setări în funcție de nevoile dvs.
2 - Geolocalizare în timp real: aplicația vă permite să vă urmăriți poziția în timp real în timpul călătoriilor. Acest lucru poate fi util pentru a vă urmări rutele, navigarea sau chiar pentru a vă partaja locația cu persoanele de contact în caz de urgență.

The app is not fully optimised yet, does not really work well with all phone models. Apart from that it is a relatively useful app with good services. What I particularly miss as of the writing of this review is the ability to customise the remote controller, especially the functions associated with the middle button. Now I can only switch between the four default light modes (for Cosmo Ride), however it would be great if I could individually pick the different modes that the button toggles.

Do Not Recommend Cosmo Connect – Complete Disappointment! Why do you need my personal data? Dear manufacturer, please explain why I need to provide my mailing address and personal information just to set up your equipment? This raises serious concerns about your data privacy and security policies.On top of that, the registration form doesn’t even work properly. The hardware quality is disappointing. The evice breaks down with even minimal exposure to water, although there’s no warning about it

Since the last update with new functionalities, the cosmo ride drains his battery in 24h or less, even if I shut it off with his button or the app 's button. I try too with functionalities on or off. Before, it last more than 1 week, using it 1 or 2 hours per day. Frustrating

Cosmo Moto doesn't connect via bluetooth, doesn't count the distance, doesn't have an on/off button and the company doesn't reply. You have no idea how to switch it on, how to change modes and what is going on behind you. At best a failed early prototype that should have never be mass produced. Close to one star for lack of communication.

Spent hours trying to pair the device with my phone. Simply would not connect. Then realised it did not work without giving permission to access your storage, and location. More operator error than app error. Needs to be made clear that the device will not connect without these permissions. Could have saved me a lot of time and stress.

The device and app are a fantastic idea but unfortunately how it is applied is a different matter, the device is missing an on/off switch so turning it on or off is hit or miss. The app worked for me on the first 4 rides only, now it doesn't track rides, it stating tech support will resolve the fault, I have contacted them but still it doesn't work, the app and devices are so frustrating. The app doesn't fully work and I now just leave the light on or in standby all the time, hoping it will work

Doesn't pair from the start! I have to search and reconnect everytime I want to use the light. This becomes a pain waiting when you just want to get out and ride! I was told by a friend riding behind that the light doesn't work even when connected! I would like to see mph not km/h but unable to change through the app. I will give it a few more goes before I bin it altogether. I would save your money and use another tracking app instead.

I have tried countless times to pair the app with my ride and repeatly failed, the idea of these lights is excellent but using them is a completely different story, the app is immediate at best and turning the light off is impossible with the tap on tap off, I have never been able to switch the lights off, I used it once to ride work as I couldn't switch it off it ran out at work lucky I had a spare light. In summary pairing the app is a impossible task and the light is missing a switch.
