this app is very inconveniencing you can pay your phone before it's locked then when time reaches for last payment to lock the phone locks even if it has been paid ......and you must use data to unlock... what if hakuna pesa ya data no WiFi.....kwa app pia hakuna options mmeeka enye mtu anaeza tumia to buy data ..... rating it 1 star ..... possibly ata naeza ipea no star ⭐..... it's really boring... disgusting

this app is useless if I can't make payments as before, why would you punish customers to this extend,.what if am at place there's no WiFi and I happen not to have bundles, it was a blunder to purchase from you guys , this is so disgusting, make it convenient for customers to enjoy your services, you need to look into this!!!! nktt, it's a useless app with so many inconveniences

1 star for now, because on your app to make payment isn't easy, I just want to try it how the payment it we be, I make payment of 1k up till now, the money I pay never reflects on app and am new customer. old customers always complain about payment too, I don't think to continue with this issue of payment, may be I will return it back to your agent. I don't need it any more. I can't take stress kill my self.

This app is so frustrating, since the day I updated the app I haven't been able to make payment through the app, when I press "make payment" several payment methods are suppose to pop up but they aren't coming up and it is so annoying.

Honestly... I totally regret getting this phone from you people.... D. Light sucks to the Max. I make payments before the time of lock using WiFi/Data .. But you still lock my phone. Can't y'all just be like Mkopa.... I don't understand how I can pay with my data on but can't unlock the phone Till I have Mbs. You people suck .... You don't even have offers!! Yikes 😬

I have a complaint please, I paid a week subscription fee to a Paga bank d-light generated account today and I've not gotten a token till now. This will be the second time I will experience this with no refund or token message. Your customer service is poor, nothing was done to my first complaint. I forfeited the money paid for subscription.
