Eats Winner
The app has a great UI and sleek design, making it easy to browse and shop. However, it’s been plagued by bugs for years that remain unfixed. The app constantly signs me out and sometimes it doesn't show deals or sales that the website does. One of the most frustrating issues is when checking out with PayPal. Sometimes the purchase crashes, forcing me to reauthenticate and redo the process.

I really want to recommend that app, but I can't. If I could give it 0 stars, I would simply because they fail to make it usable. I tried picking "store pickup" as my option for check out but no matter what zip code I entered it would show no stores to me other then the shadle shopping center one that just so happens to be "out of stock". Most shopping nowadays can be done online, d at lower points for free shipping,too. If you have $80 to spend for free shipping, I'd say go for it but I don't.

Gamestop is a horrible and unreliable retailer. I ordered an app exclusive product and purchased an extra item to qualify for free shipping. They canceled the portion of my order that I wanted, stating availability changed, then didn't let me cancel the other half of my order. Spoke to their customer service, and they said I can't return my item. No compromise whatsoever. 1 star is too generous, would rate 0 if I could. Horrible service, would not recommend.

Update: 1) One thing I wish it brought back is that when pre-ordering games/items/etc., it used to have where it checks our balance and what the remaining balance to pay it off. Doesn't do that anymore. 2) When you want to redeem your points, THE POINTS, it doesn't work at all!! I tried doing it on the website, and it still doesn't work either! WHY?! If you see this comment, gamestop tech, please get this fix! Then I'll change it to 5 stars! BTW! Tried in-store, and associate won't help!

Worst experience ever, I ordered an Xbox one s accidentally, trying to order a series s and when I went to cancel, I couldn't at all I reset my internet, my phone, and re downloaded the app, not one time could I cancel, I tried customer support, the a.i. bot and everything I could but at the end I could never cancel

Uses bait & switch. Shows you one price but when you go to get it you are told not available in your area and cannot be shipped. BUT you can BUY it for THREE or FOUR times as much and THAT ONE can be shipped, no problem at all. Deceptive. Will remove app. Also not able to use my almost 8000 rewards. Again, DECEPTIVE company.

They lie sure sign up for the credit card and get pro free for applying... then it's oh you need to make a purchase then it's oh we don't know why we didn't give you pro I've gone rounds with them with 0 help Also if you have the app you can't use the website on your phone which is ridiculous because the app can't do everything

The app is nice to use when it wants to work. I recently had to reset my password. The app decided the new password wasn't my current password and has locked me out of the app. This is a waste of time if you're gonna be locked out for updating your password. May as well stick to using their website.
