Aladdin Connect vă permite să monitorizați și să vă controlați ușa garajului de oriunde. For me, the purpose of installing the app was to control the door while away. Was working fine while traveling within my home area. As soon as I arrived to out of state destination, app indicated device was not connected and never reconnected. I will return device and get rid of app. Also, wish app had ability to partially open door.

This was very tedious to set up but it may be the wifi limitations of the opener rather than the app. My phone had a very strong wifi signal but the opener couldn't find it at all. I eventually moved my router to the garage and it worked like a charm. After it finished setting up, I then moved my router back into the house but to a room closer to the garage. It works great now. App gets buggy if you go to a different window briefly to see your password so you can enter it. Improve this please!

Works well This app would be even more useful if it was supported with Android Auto. I mean, it is meant to manage these large openings for autos!? In response to Dev. I have done both of those things. It would be a better app if it didn't rely on other products to make it work. Even more than a button on the screen. How many times have you been rushed leaving home, get halfway down the block, and think, did I close the garage? If the Aladdin Connect app could open with a display of all doors.

Ever since they did a change to the app. You have to sign in every 30 days. Which is fine. Why can't it be 90 days instead of 30. Then if you want to use the app to close and open the door the you have to wait on the app to load every single time. The app was much better before they did the changes. since the most recent updates the app sucks.

The app works great until you have to re-login every few weeks, why? Also PLEASE REMOVE the "swipe to delete" feature for the doors. I'm never going to delete my door, it's attached to my house. There have been many many times when leaving in a hurry, trying to "hold to close" the door and barely move my thumb and the app thinks I want to delete my door. This is very poor UI. This is not an email I'm trying to swipe to delete, it's my garage door, I NEVER NEED TO RAPIDLY DELETE MY GARAGE DOOR.

Powerful enough to easily see both my WiFi and also the sensors on both my garage doors. Just worked from a restaurant in town so I could see both doors closed (if not I could close them). Easy to connect the wall controls for my model Genie 2820 Openers. Color LEDs on the Aladdin Connect Control box were very helpful during install and when I look to ensure they are operational. Just a superb product.

Works great most of the time. Issues... goes offline after internet outages. Only way to get it back online is to powercycle the garage door opener. Also, was forced to log out a few days ago, and haven't been able to log back in. Keep getting C-AE 1 error. Tried resetting password, but it fails, and then get same C-AE 1 error. Ah, clearing app storage, and cache fixed the login issue.

Not receiving notifications via rules on a Samsung S24. The garage door will close if I leave the door open longer than the rule time set, but my phone will not receive a notification. Notifications for the app are on. App cache and data have been cleared, and the app has been reinstalled. No luck.
