This app was great until it update on 12-10-24. The entire design is different to navigate. I upload photos, it shows 100% , and the photos aren't there. Every single time. I use this as a way to share photos of my preschool class, with parents. My coworkers app updated, and it did the same thing. It's hit or miss if either of us can upload one photo at a time. Absurd!

Opens and fails everytime. Have deleted and reinstalled many times, logged back in, but continues to open a handful of photos but then repeats the same photos as you scroll and then goes to a white screen with blue loading circle but never comes off it. Even when I close app and reopen it fails after that. Extremely frustrating.

5 years ago this used to be so good for the family to share photos... Now it's clunky, we can't zoom in/save to phone, and past photos are difficult to find as scrolling just repeats the latest ones... Frustrating, and a shadow of its former self 🫤

I have been fanatic user of Cluster for 6 yrs or so, and it used to be perfect in every way - sleek interface, functionality!!! Perfection However after the update of 2024 it lost everything- the interface became very confusing and not user-friendly, a lot of bugs, lugging on everything and at the end - NOT LOADING AT ALL!!! Very sorry to quit, I don't think I can find any replacement to what it used to be

Recent update confusing and removes functionality. - More difficult to change between albums; - Can't enlarge photos anymore; - Random automatic image cropping; - Can't see who is liking or viewing the photos anymore; - Increased app loading failure when opening (white screen of death); and. - duplicating photos and comments

App was working great until it stopped sending notifications to my phone. I've tried resetting them in the settings on both the app and my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and everything else I could think of but it now tells me that this app doesn't send notifications to my phone. Is this something new? A new 'upgrade' that's really a downgrade? Whatever it is, could you fix it please!

The app is great, but I knocked 2 stars of because push notifications never work, regardless of which device I use. Also the latest update doesn't show the initials or names of who viewed and like the photos. It's been over a month since this update was released, and it's still not fixed.

Bad since the last update - I can't see who is liking my pictures, it's taking ages to load and is double posting photos. It looks more like the web version even though I'm in the app Not very happy at all
