12.12.24 edit - I saw another review that said they uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and it seems to work. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. So far it seems to be working. I'll reserve judgement for now though... The app just plain doesn't work anymore. When you open it it immediately freezes. I've also selected auto refill every single time I refill a prescription, but they never end up on auto refill.

This is a useless app. It was functional before, albeit minimally, but lately it is unusable. When I open the app, I am taken to a page where options are visible, but you can't select any of them. None! It is an insult to Giant Pharmacy's customers that the company doesn't care enough to provide even a barebones, working app. Were it not for the fact that Giant is the only pharmacy in our area that has a medication I need, I would ditch them in a heartbeat. What a travesty!

It's very convenient and helpful when it works, the only problem is it hardly ever works. There's near constant errors or loading screen hangups, and for the past few days it just flat out stopped working entirely. It starts up, gets to the home screen, and then nothing. None of the options are selectable, it's just completely frozen. I've played PC games from the 90s that were more stable than this.

This must have been designed by a 3 year old! It was bad before but has only gotten worse. Now, when I open your app. It immediately freezes up and locks me out of my phone. I am then forced to do a hard reboot! This app is completely useless. It's been almost a month since the last update that destroyed this app. And nothing has been resolved!! I'm in the process of moving all my Scripts to Walgreens! Y'all, good luck with that 👍

App was great while it actually worked. For the last month, I haven't even been able to log in. Deleted and reinstalled. Still nothing. Now, I can't even open the app. Before I deleted it, it went right to the account page on opening. No logging in. But nothing worked on the account page, and I couldn't get any further. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

It's had constant login issues, prescriptions disappear, it doesn't update the auto refill option in the pharmacy system and it wasn't very user friendly with the limited options being unreliable before the last update. After the update on 10/19/24 is doesn't work at all. If it opens, you can't get past the screen with the prescription options for your prescriptions. It freezes and then crashes. I'm not sure what the developers did but they need to undo it.

Latest "update" is a complete disaster. Correct username and passwords are rejected. The app sometimes asks for pin, sometimes it doesn't. It says a prescription is ready when none has been submitted. This app is a great ad for Giant's competitors. Keeps getting worse. Time to switch to Express Scripts. Months later, still busted trash. Why does the biometric only come up AFTER signin w/password? Incredibly amateurish. Just keeps getting worse!

This used to work fine and was un-intrusive, fast and easy. Then they started adding more security making it a bit annoying. Then they broke it altogether a few weeks ago. All you get is what seems to be a picture of the account screen that does nothing. I now have to call for refills. At this point just make the app a link to call your local Giant Pharmacy - it would actually be more useful than this.
