*update*2024- Had this app for 4 years, and I have to echo what I've said before- the app is great when it works, but oh, so, very frustrating when it doesn't. There are many times I've wanted to cancel because it's failed and it's not cheap. It's had 4 years to improve and some features have been added but overall because of the multiple failures, I just can't give it a higher rating. 2020- Great app when it works. I find the app is finicky and doesn't always load. That's problematic.

Although functional, I've had my GMC since 2020 and through multiple phones this app has never worked smoothly without a multitude of constant issues. You will constantly have to press buttons repeatedly in order to get them to work, while using the app it will spam notifications until you leave the app, and there are occasional times it will not send commands to your vehicle without a full uninstall and reinstall. One of the worst apps I've ever used.

After not using my app for probably a year or more. I called in to get some assistance. People were more than helpful. technical support called back the next day, follow up and everything was up and running. My app is working flawlessly at this point. Kudos to technical support. Being AGM owner for longer than a lot of these folks have worked at Gm, i'm more than sure of it their assistance is greatly appreciated. They were more than patient with me as I pecked away slowly at my keyboard.

Bought a new car 2 weeks ago. The vehicle status has not updated ever. Fuel and miles is blank. But the location and controls work. Been on phone with onstar almost every day. They still haven't fixed it. Luckily I have a free trial. I would never pay for this. On Star is no help getting it working.

The app is okay. Some improvements would be a great enhancement to the user experience and bring the app closer to being one with the vehicle. Ability to see if the vehicle is locked or unlocked from the app. Ability to honk the horn from the app. Integrate the app with the vehicle camera to allow the user to view the cameras from the app. Walkaway locks to automatically lock the doors and roll up windows.Climate control to activate heated seats/steering . Climate controls via app.

This app is absolutely garbage. It will sign me out every day I use it. It will not respond properly and shut itself down when I do use it. It always tells me the command I send is unavailable or the app doesn't detect service when I'm on Verizon 5G. That is also after uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times in the last month.

Scheduled a service through the app... the location didn't even exist anymore. Terrible service from both GMC and the dealership that actually was the place I had to go to. I called and told them I think there was a mix up in the location and I am supposed to go to down town location they just said "ok so you want to cancel the appointment here?" But didn't mention that the othet location I had the appointment at does no longer existed...

Every time I go to use this app it does not work properly constantly freezes after I enter pin. I tried booking an appointment and couldn't. Pretty useless unless you have onstar. Suggested by you to Uninstall and reinstall, well that was the first thing I did. And still didn't work.
