Sometime the server are down. Please maintained it properly. As a driver, it just such a waste if you maintained your 5 star rating performance, but your server algorithm didn't gave us priority or benefits in getting orders. And it much better if the app can support split screen and landscape mode. Thank you.

The timeouts, why bother with it to begin with, are totally inconsistent, can be 2 secs can be less than 5 secs, and if it's a really nobody want type of job the full 10 secs, come I clap for you.

Not user friendly.. Slow . Too many options to waste time. Simple things to be done by technical team to get a 5 star rating. If they cannot do, then they should not be even hired.

When switch the account to my new phone, the Shift function is gone. When logged in using old phone, the shift function is there again.

The face verification is broken and blocks the login process. I tried on 2 different phones and it blocks me completely. And not able to report an issue as you need to login to report.

It getting worst, I guess the worst time since I have been joining Gojek. Bad leadership and brought minimum operational attentions into bussiness, lack of traffics konowledges, which done impact to incentives setup, etc. Only focusing financial technology developtment.

The button at the end of job (entering of other charges) should be Swipe instead of button to avoid accidental ending of job before keying in extra fees. On other hand, arrival at pickup point can be a button as u can't arrive if u are too far away on GPS anyway.

worst app ever! until now is still not solving the issue when we are slightly away from the pin location we can't slide arrival. riders were kind enough to walk out to main road so we don't have to drive in end up we still have to drive in! pings were so pathetic less during the day time !!
