Why mess with an app that's working at the peak time people are using it. Now the app is down and can't be used at all. I have been using it with my 9 cameras and it has issues with constant lags in retrieval of photos but it was working now nothing. Photos have to reload and it takes forever. The notification are coming and then there will not be a photo. The updates for the cameras can't be done all the time with the app. I love my spartan cameras but the app needs some work in a few places

I like the camera, but the app does not work as it should. It is slow, always stops working, and ask me to close the app or wait. This is whenever I am trying to go in and look at new pictures or deleting pictures I dont want to keep. I would love to try the video option the camera has but I am sure that I will not be able to watch it because the app wants to force close every time I open it.

***update*** Customer service got my app working. Cameras are great. APP IS HORRIBLE!! Pictures will not load for minutes and as of right now you can't even click on a new picture and open it up. You can only look at the thumbnail. ***As of 6/10/24 the app doesn't send notifications. I have to manually open the app and refresh to get pictures.

Whomever decided to make an "Update" on this camera just before or during the beginning of hunting season ROYALLY screwed up. Now the app won't connect, won't send up dated connection status, won't send photos ( if the camera is even taking them) and when I go to the Mobile settings sheet it comes up for 3 seconds and blanks out! I have no earthly idea why they couldn't just leave a good thing alone while it worked! Hope this makes it all the way to the top of Spartans chain of command!

Pictures coming up black when clicked. I have 4 family members that use this app on 2 different kinds of phones. Each one of us has had trouble with clicking on the picture and it comes up black! The most recent one was 4 hours ago. We have spent alot of money on these camera's. We have 6 total and the 7th is in the package. Very disappointing when you scroll through the pictures and see a decent buck and click on it and it black. Especially when you are sitting in that stand in a couple hours!

The new update makes doing everything more complicated. Camera settings us to be all on one screen now the settings are on multiple screens. The pictures have to reload every time you want to look at them. The picture you push it doesn't open that picture for some reason. Other than that pretty good setup.. cameras seem to have the same problem the on off switch. I have about 7 and just about all have had issues.

This App is poorly thought through. The instructions presume knowledge. Once you get connected, the thumbnails of images on the device cannot be expanded. If you download them to Local, they then lose their image number so you can't immediately tell which is which. Images seem to open in your phone's Photos App but do not let you sequence through the downloads, requiring you to return to this App for the next photo. Generally a painful experience.

!!!BEWARE!!! When I click on pictures older than 2 days I just get a black screen. This app automatically saves all of the pictures to my gallery and Google photos. When you have 7 cameras , that's a lot of pictures. My Spypoint app does not do that. When I open up a camera's gallery and start scrolling, it automatically scrolls to the bottom. When I scroll back up, out automatically scrolls back to the bottom. I have to do this a few more times before it stays still and I can open up a picture.
