Terrible!!! At times( Half of the time) you have to rechange your password/user ID in order to get into it? But that's not guaranteed that it will work? Especially as of late. Everything about HD from the top level down seems to be a useless shell of its former self? That's sad. When I first started working for HD it was fantastic 👏👌!!!! Everything worked,if you have questions, they were immediately answered. Plus the work force app didn't have that many bugs!? Now I'm not using it anymore.

Easily shows punches and schedules. Reserving days off and call outs all work great for me. For anyone having issues with app, suggest takings 1 screencap of each week of your schedule with the calendar portion hidden. I never plan to use exchange section. My phone is Samsung S22 Sept2023. LastUpdated app 10-24-24.

I'm having a poor experience with the app. It's unfortunate that I had to clock on late because this applications system is down. Ur lucky I had another way to clock on to work, but still took me 15 mins. Now it looks like I was 15 mins late for work and this goes against my performance. Very upsetting beginning to my work day!! :(

When I get kicked out (mostly when the app does maintenance), I can try several times over the span of 12 or more hours before being able to log in. And when I'm trying to check and double-check my schedule, it shoots up the anxiety.

Has been reliable and works most of the time. However, I'd like to see a simple quality of life update that shows us our daily punch times without having to reset the app.

It breaks a lot. Unreliable. Designed to work on desktop and phones but lacks compatibility. Signing into the app on the phone is like flipping a coin, it either go through or not. They keep playing with it to match it to the desktop version. It is frustrating to use this app. They are trying to make the phone app a mirror image to the web version. This would not work for all android phone. I do not know about iPhones experience with that app.

I only get 4 items from which to choose, in drop down menu under "request time off." There should be 8 or 9 at least. Won't let me request vacation time off, at the moment. Frustrating.

Has been stuck on "workforce tools is undergoing maintenance", since Tuesday. I even unistalled and reinstalled the app 3 times today. Yet it still says the samething. How it gets fixed soon!
