I'll rate this app very low. How can you deduct units for messages you didn't deliver. I practically used the app to send message to a friend who was sitting right in front of me and also to my second line. The messages were flagged as delivered, yet they weren't. I have sent mails to EbulkSMS, yet nothing has been done about it. Not forgetting the constant changing of "sender's name" to a number which I don't know. I noticed here that others have complained about these same issues since 2023

I discovered two (2) things from the app which you need to work on it speedily before I recommend my friends to it 1. The message delay for 24 hours before it delivered to the recipient. 2. It's a bulk message, the sender name should be the name attached to the Sender colon, but it's unfortunate when I noticed that, receiver received the message from a phone number. (Please work on that too) Thanks. I will be looking forward to get a good result from you guys

Even without DND, MTN numbers deduct 2 units. Speed of delivery is slow & some messages...in fact, a lot of messages don't get sent at all. This especially happens when multiple contacts are sent to (which is kinda the point for bulk sms), most individual messages do deliver albeit most, not all. Please improve the delivery and DND discrepancy.

The app is a scam, developers are thieves, you make sub and they continue debiting your units.This app is useless, I swear. It doesn't send or deliver message. If you send message to 20 person only one will deliver. Again after the message said sent, some minutes it will said failed. I used my contact for test, since a day and, I have not seen the message I sent. The app does not work. However customer service helped in crediting my account after I recharged. I am not happy with this app at all

It does actually send the messages,but it seems,it doesn't deliver the message to some network with the sender names i want,and some of the messages don't deliver... These networks and other that didn't receive the message or got the message with the name "bulk sms" didn't have DND on,so they said sha... Pls I'd like you guys to look into it,all the same it was a good app,and thanks for the service i appreciate,it has saved me a lot recently

This app need updating. Most of the messages I send doesn't get to the receiver, some still pending, some failed. I even recharged 100 but it wasn't added to my balance unit. Please you guys should do something about it so it'll more convenient for us using it.

Ever since I changed my phone, I've been trying to access the app with my already existing account but to no avail, I tried creating a new account, still connection failure. This has been going on for over a month now, and I need to send SMS. I still have some unit in my account.

I started using this darling app since 2016, very excellent indeed. Instead of improving with latest tech available developers depreciated from 4* to -4* rating. I had patience over the years for the developers to improve, the most embarrassing aspect is sending sms on a number identified as scam from True Caller, From all indications it seams the app is an abandoned project & a baggage of TOTAL NUISANCE! I'm very scared of my banking details in thier data base.
