It sounded great and when I first downloaded it there were tons of tasks in my area everyday. Then, I formally signed up and everything disappeared. I don't know if Hyer ceased operations in my area right when I signed up, but I thought it odd that every task disappeared right after I went through the training. I really wanted to do some of the tasks in my area, but there are literally none.

I like the flexibility of this job. Unlike some of the reviews about last minute opportunities, get ahead of that and be proactive. There are filters you can use such as, Location, Days, and The Task, although the filters don't save for you, only when your searching. There is no commitment if you want to sign up and look around the app. I am happy that I did.

Firstly, don't apply unless you can absolutley drop everything at the last minute. When you apply for a job you have no idea when you will "scheduled". Also, I waited 2 weeks for them to run a background check and never received an email or notification letting me know if I passed or not. Speaking of notifications they are NONSTOP for job postings and you can easily miss something important! Last, when you apply for jobs, even by accident, you will get kicked off of the app if you miss two jobs.

No jobs within reasonable distance, which is a little confusing considering I live in a large city. The asking amount for jobs are a little low since it is small tasks IF they even select you. I have applied to 10 different jobs and the only job I was selected for was for 30$ & they kept the jobs on the search task. I'm really tempted to delete the app at this point.

I'm being charged a dollar now each time I want to instant payout. It is making me break up one payout into two transactions so I'm getting charged two $0.50 fees. I have written a customer support on this matter with no resolution. It's been over two weeks now and those transactions are adding up. In response to the developer I know how to work instant payout I've used it properly in the past for the past two years now. What I'm saying is that the instant payout function is not working properly

Having a small issue sending my Stores ratings after completing a task since last Thursday's update but all in all never have any issues! Works great! As for the instant payout, with the exception of Sunday's, which i get due to the day. I have literally requested a payout and it has gone through faster then i could log into my account. Impressive!

It's weird that you have to pay for a background check just to get denied every job that pops up it seems like a waste of money to me, edit because there have been no more task showing. That's why it's been 5 tasks. Setting up for success would be to be accepted for the task you put in for, more so after watching all videos and tests.

Just did my first job last night. I do like the flexibility of the app. I have a child with special needs and the option to complete as much work as you can and still get paid is nice. I unfortunately couldnt complete 6/6 task only 5/6 because my sitter left and I had to rush back home, but still paid me for what I did. I just hope that doesn't count against me in the future if I have to leave without completing all the task. It gives the option to do as much as you can so why punish anyone.
