I use this for work and it is absolute garbage. it's basically running the desktop version of the website (screenshots are a lie) and it's not formatted for phone browsers at all, so you try to zoom in and guess what? Yea, you can't. However if you tap on a drop-down, it zooms in 10x where the letters are so big, you have to scroll just to read the words of the status choices. Developers should be ashamed. The desktop version isn't much better, but at least i can use it. Zero stars if i could.

The thing that kills the app for me is the inability to zoom in manually. The app zooms in when you enter a text field but does not format properly and doesn't always work. The UI of the app is exactly the same as the desktop web version and does not have a mobile UI to help with being on a small screen.

I tried using this again, now able to login, but can't select "Role" no dropbox or choices just nothing. Still unable to select Role after login in this APP *Update Nov 12, 22 - still unable to choose Role during login, the APP is based on Mobile Browser they should include a Desktop View button on the right if the role does not show on the application, great application but the devs are 🤬🤐😮‍💨. Unable to contact the support email address, not very supported

half the time you cant see the ticket due tot screen size not being adjusted as you would on a traditional phone app (pinch shrink zoom) and half the time the keyboard will display for a second and disappear so you. ant type notes. all you can do is clivk links. this program support sucks as well

AVOID! Looking for service desk system? Keep looking! Why burden your IT staff with this unusable trash! You get a non-zoomable, yes micro-printing, version of the full web site festooned with microscopic panes of unreadable text. Its positively an embarrassment. Non-zoomable views are NOT enabling for those with low vision and other issues.

Not what the screenshot shows. This app is just the desktop version but you cannot click on tickets or open ticket or anything. 100% useless for desktop support.
