Worst experience. I subscribed to their crazy vibe package but as promised in the details I didn't get go lootlo pro voucher. Upon complaining on rox app twice no solution was made. They basically close your application with sending you a msg that dear customer your issue has been resolved when in actual the issue still remains. Don't fall for this trap and don't use the app.

I had the worst experience. I subscribed to their pl considerating their benefits like pandapro and the voucher code they are showing in the app has already expired. I complained on their support service but still pending and it has been more than 2 weeks. Don't subscribe to their packages just thinking about their benefits. They are not offering anything.

Absolute garbage service. They don't let you recharge your packages on time so that you can't carry forward your data, even though that is what is advertised. I can't resubsribe to the same package either via the Rox app or via JazzCash. And when I called the helpline and finally connected to someone, the idiot said "sir phone restart karlein sab theek hojaye ga".

I subscribed to Basic Vibe, Golootlo, Foodpanda and other vouchers were visible on dashboard. Today, I opened the app to pick vouchers which were not available, removed, upon investigating, found that they are no more offering in package. Showing these vouchers during marketing, but not providing on package Pathetic and fraudulent Jazz Network. sent email on support, didn't get any reply yet

Don't subscribe to these packages let me tell you why. 1) They partnered with Jazz to bring loyal jazz customers and to give them additional benifits after subscribing their packages E.g foodpanda Pro , golootlo premium and they are lying there is no such thing. 2) if you complaint to their emails which they write below one star reviews they will never respond to your emails if you send them . Happened with me (5 days + still going no response) 3) not recommended at all total loss for me.

I have been facing issue from the past 5-7 days. I just renewed my ROX Insane Vibe Subscription but I'm not getting any free voucher in the Free Vouchers Section. I have already filed a complaint and but no one haven't responded to me on it yet. If it continues, I am gonna discontinue your services. Pathetic App, Horrible experience with you guys.

I subscribed the bundle but not received the free vouchera. Shameful! You Liars! Not giving all the benefits which showed at the time of purchase. And this application is still showing that vouchers will be given with the subscription.
