The app doesn't want to connect to the camera unless within 2-3 FEET not the 10 meters advertised. It's very slow when it does connect, taking as much as 2 minutes. Once connected it's ok. Basic functionality. At least the camera gets good images! . 1/7 I added a review on my Amazon purchase. The camera itself is good! This app is glitchy and not friendly to use. Is it more intended if iPhone instead of Android?

Connecting to the device is a bit slow, averaging around 20 seconds to connect, but connection is stable, and the range is impressive. I can connect to the device through a window and about 150 feet away. Aside from the initial delay, I have no complaints. The app works fine.

EDIT: developer wants me to send a "debug" log to fix UI design issues? First, you need to tell me how to procure this debug log. Second, a debug log will not fix problems caused by poorly designed UI layouts. ORIGINAL: Connecting to the camera is an exercise in frustration, the settings have no descriptions so you don't know what half of them do, and the app frequently froze or lost connectivity to the camera despite standing 5ft away. 0/10 would not recommend.

camera is fantastic, with super sharp video even at night, but the app makes finding and watching the video/images a struggle. Even if you're not getting error messages when trying to download videos, the thumbnail view isn't in date sequence, shows videos that have been deleted, ...etc

Had 2 cameras for 8 mths, working perfect, able to connect from my phone to manage pictures and charge level etc. But then from around mid Jan for some reason both cameras wouldn't connect via the app, sometimes they would most times not. Then from today neither will connect at all. I tried several times throughout the day and nothing, then tried adding new camera and the app doesn't recognise them at all. Can still use the camera manually via the screen but I bought them to use via my phone.

With the update of 19 Oct 2024. When photo and video files are opened, the oldest files are shown at the top. Why ?? Surely it's the latest information that should be at the top. Really makes no sense having to scroll through hundreds of files to see the latest. Could you reprogram the app to allow latest recordings to be viewed at the top of the open file please ? Well done for fixing the issue quickly. Appreciated, and it makes it so much easier to use and less stress on the battery.

The app has been ok up to now, nothing groundbreaking, but serviceable. However, the latest update has totally messed up the photo and video viewer. An extra tap is required to get into the photo viewer, while gibing no benefit, and now the images are displayed oldest first with no apparent way to change that. I hope. This is fixed quickly.

This app worked well until the latest update. The pictures and videos used to always be displayed by date. Now they're randomly ordered making it impossible to quickly find the newest files. It's basically useless now for how I use it. Update: Thank you for the fix to the picture order problem. Unfortunately, there are 2 additional problems. The current app doesn't regularly connect to the camera. Also, where pictures get downloaded to is completely hosed.
