App keeps saying network error and won't show me live views of my cameras.. when I plug an HDMI into my Annke modem thing, it shows all of my cameras working fine. Can only assume the application on my phone is now obsolete and therefore absolutely useless! What the hell!? I spent $400+ on this system and now I can't even use it!? What a joke!!!!!

Set up was quite easy with their wireless camera with monitor kit, especially when compared to setting up security cameras a few years ago. The only trouble I had was tapping the little button beside the privacy declaration. The only thing that wasn't so intuitive was finding the QR code on the monitor/DVR to scan to add the device to the app. Other than that it was quite painless.

**DISABLE SCREEN BRIGHTNESS OVERRIDE** Have been using it for few days. Not perfectly performing or designed but working just fine for me. One issue I want to bring in developer's notice is to disable app's screen brightness override. It blinds you when you stream live feed or playback in the dark and there's no way you can lower the screen brightness.

Trying to figure out what is the best channel? Sometimes my camera's don't pick up the the whole motion it will stop and pick back up again. Sometimes it will stop in mid playback to. And what is the best setting for these cameras it goes to the lowest to the highest? These cameras are good good clear Pictures snd good infrared Pictures.

After lots of issues with the system, I got it running great, thanks to Annke after sale suppprt. The team is quick to respond and professional. I recommend their system for the speed of NVR and quality support one gets after sale.

My recording stops when I'm trying to save..cameras are good but lots of white noise in sound when listening or recording. I have not been able to save anything as of yet. when I playback and attempt to record it stops.

2024 UPDATE: The app barely works and the support team does not speak English so they do not provide any help whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. Such a waste of money. I have to uninstall and reinstall this app every 1-2 weeks because the cameras stop sending notifications which is literally the only reason to have security cameras. Very, very bad programming/cache handling...

Another rubbish app from annke. Would give 0 stars if I could. Why the heck do I need to enter my mobile phone number before I can set up the app is beyond me. I will NOT be entering my phone number so will be uninstalling the app. On a plus note, the Hikvision app works with annke camera's WITHOUT having to enter your phone number.
