The Surfr. Aplicația este o aplicație de urmărire a performanței pentru cei care merg pe Kite. Cu aplicația kite boarders poate înregistra, vizualiza și partaja performanța lor:- Salturi (înălțime, timp de antenă, distanță)
- Viteza
În plus față de aceste funcții de „joc”, aplicația conține și o caracteristică de siguranță pentru a menține boarders-ul la zmeu cât mai sigur posibil, cum ar fi posibilitatea de a urmări placa atunci când locația GPS este partajată.
De asemenea, aplicația este capabilă să urmărească calea pe care utilizatorul a navigat peste apă. Această cale/pistă poate fi stocată opțional și.

*Update to original post* The issues I was referencing were quickly addressed, and everything works great now. 5 stars. This app is the buggiest app that I have had the displeasure of experiencing. I have had 3 different samsungs and now have a 23 ultra. All have had different app issues. This time the app just crashes when enabling the recording on any mode after a very painful calibration process. It just can't be this hard to get it right.

I used to really like the app. Do a jump, and hear the height. However, some time ago (6 months or more already) the default female voice was replaced by a male voice. The lower-pitched male voice blends in with background wind-noise, so I can no longer hear anything. Did not have that problem with the high-pitched female voice. Just let us select own TTS-voice. Hoped the devs. would revert the voice/add selction option, but alas... So hereby the request, 5/5 again when fixed!

This is a great app. Get all your mates to buy a waterproof pouch and download surfr. Sling the pouch around your neck and shove it in your wetsuit. It really adds another fun aspect to sessions, and always generates discussion over the post-kite beers. Another great aspect is playing your fav playlist on the phone... Particularly for chill low wind sessions it's great to have some tunes. Great app! Def looking forward to the pro version.

Great app. Thanks for making that. However the are some problems on my phone since the Android 14. But I'm sure the surfr team will fix them. Missing jums, or crashing. This app is a game changer, woo don't stand the chance with the simplicity of this solution. And I'm talking it as a software engineer. Keep it going guys!

I love the app and abandoned the woo as it provides far more insights about your ide, and more importantly, real time. However, I miss 2 features that, I believe, could be implemented: 1. Direction of the jump (based on direction before the jump). As the surfe app already uses the GPS, it sounds really feasible to me (perhaps with wind direction calibration when starting the session ?) 2. Rotations: to be able distinguish basic jumps from front and back loops

The Surfr. app has only be here for a few weeks, but it is great! I use one of the mounts from the first batch. The app does what it promises! Every aspect of your session is recorded in great detail. People on the beach are jealous on the real time feedback of jump height, speed etc. The mount looks big on the board at first, but in the water it is just fine. When placing it in the middle of the board, it doesn't bother me. This app is great! And without any costs! Herbert and team, thanks!

I have been testing Surfr. for nearly 6 months now and analyzing results against my current Woo3. I've been using a Samsung S6 (lower sensor G rating) and a Samsung S8 (optimum sensor G rating) and can confidently say that the accuracy or the Surfr. App surpasses that of my Woo3. Absolutely love the ability to see my jumps real time and also progress so much faster with accurate readings! Thanks you Surfr.!!!

Great app. Gives a great experience and helps track progress. Great to see how friends are getting on too. Love the live feature as it can help make a desicion if to get on the water or not :) Seems pretty accurate compared to the wo, just 1 m difference but we put this down to the qo being on the board and phone inside the wetsuit( a meter away).
