There is a page to "manage access" for users, yet there is no way to remove access. Clearly, the app was in the process of being created, then they stopped before it was even done.

Can't give it zero. Super basic app, can't connect to servers, can't connect garage opener. Going to use my old wi-fi add-on because my 500.00 new garage opener can use WI-FI

It's ok. The camera add is not very useful since the list of cameras that are compatible is short and only has unknown camera types.

The Orbit home app works good with my two old yet working phones: Iphone 5 and Android 9 phone. The best thing that i like is the Garage door opener has built in wifi connection and the app is free to download. It is important to download the firmware using a 2.5 gigahertz bandwidth wifi Once updated - will work as intended. A lot of reviews here are mostly negative and i think they should seek some assistance from Skylink group - as i did before with my problematic motorhead. It has been 6 months now and several occasions of minus 20's temperatures and still working fine. I have 6 more months left in my warranty and i can say that i made the right choice. App is plain and simple yet effective when it comes to it's purpose: shows the notifications when the garage door is opened/closed and can be opened remotely - love it! .

Works well 95% of the time. Sometimes when I open or close the door it shows opening or closing for a long period of time even though the door is fully closed or opened. Once I go back a screen seems to reset it and it shows the correct door status. Mentions you can connect to Alexa or Google however haven't been able to regardless of all the troubleshooting articles I've read. Might be a Canadian limitation.

Needed to use IOS because Android only provided a numeric keyboard for ID# entry. Also, the light indicator just stays highlighted as its on. You can press the left light button but there is no real indicator of on or off. PS: Customer service did say to add Microsoft keyboard app so I could enter data but I have no room for more apps. Tha app also lacks any kind of instruction such as the light indicators - no info on what is what?

Just like one of the reviews, I had several issues and support wasn't any help. Just sent me link to video and instructions of how to do just as the app walks you through. VPN may cause install issues! Turn off VPN TEMPORARILY just during initial setup. Otherwise you will sit there ready to throw your phone and wifi stick. Went through advanced setup,connected to wifi stick though my wifi settings, connected to router. it willsay"connecting to server" switch wifi back to your router for internet

Absolute garbage. The app and the Nova garage door opener I was trying to install took several hours to get the magical combination of whatever planetary alignment necessary to hook up the WiFi. Once I was able to do that, realized I can't hook up the Nova/app to Google Home for whatever reason. Instructions claim it's easy as using your Orbit account at the SkylinkNet login screen but it doesn't work. Lastly, app takes about 30 to 45 seconds to process a command. Slow despite full bars of WiFi
