Extremely helpful concept. No appointment and immediate attention makes this a major improvement in health care. Gives you help when you need it. This concept needs to be expanded to include specialists and even other business pictures. So much more convenient for both Doctor and patient. Pays for itself with a single visit. This app is a real game changer.

I have severe acid reflux and have been having some nasuea lately. I got into the app, signed up and within minutes had two prescriptions sent to Costco. I only had to do a 1 minute video call because Texas state law requires that. After the video, it switched back to text and I was able to explain everything. The doctors have been great at explaining things and they even send you a care plan. They make sure you have easy access to everything as well. Great app, great design, and your first visit pays for itself for the year. If you don't have it, GET IT. You won't be disappointed! The only thing I'd recommend is something like family pricing, but I can easily pay 20 bucks for my husband to get his own account. Thanks again!

Decided to give app a shot. Got connected to a doctor. She did not listen, listed my symptoms completely wrong, and wrong diagnosis. Since this time, I have spoken with management, not customer service. They listened to the issues and will hopefully correct them. It is a fairly new app, with time there may be improvement.

The app is horrible. I've tried to have appointments twice. Both times, I've waiting for hours, never received any updates or notifications and then was kicked off the app for missing the appointments. Our health insurance covers the cost for visits on 98point6 so I was pretty excited to try it. Nope. I'll go back to the app I used to use and continue to pay $75/ visit.

I was downloading the app to check it out, and did not want to pay for it until I knew it was actually legitimate. RED FLAGS! 1: They sent a code, I entered the code, the app went to the next step, but stated there was an error on their end. 2: They require you to enter the last 4 of your SS#. 3: You're not allowed to continue without entering your credit card information. There's not an option to view the app or a trial/test option.

I have nothing but good things to say about the 98point6 app. This is one of the employee benefits I get through my employer, and my doctor visits are totally free. I have used the app twice now, and never have I been charged or received any kind of a bill. It's so easy to use, and an appointment only takes minutes. My prescriptions are sent directly over to my pharmacy of choice. The entire visit is done through text messaging on my phone. I would highly recommend!

Has helped so much. It's quick, efficient, and can be educational. Mostly I have been able to tell I'm talking to real doctors. I've been able to get certain needed prescriptions and refills. I love having a transcript (wish I could get that at in person visits) and treatment/care plan to refer back to. And this would all be very convenient as it is, but with covid-19 happening, its been a godsend.

Interface is not user friendly. But, with persistence you can manage it. I made a mistake filling out the create account form, my birthday was wrong. However, the form pointed me to my name, which it allowed me two tries and then I had to uninstall to get more attempts to get the information correct. I could understand a password. I have yet to use it to see a doctor. I hope that experience is better.
